Teaching and working methods

The course work mainly consists of independent literature studies. In addition, there will be teaching in the form of lectures, film screenings, seminars, work in groups and individual supervision. The seminars in all cases imply work that should be carried out in advance.

Examination

The three first modules are examined in part continuously within the scope of the teaching, through results of work in groups presented in writing, and in part at the end of each module, through an individual assignment presented in writing (take-home examination). The fourth module is examined through an individual assignment in writing (essay) at the end of the module.

Students failing an exam covering either the entire course or part of the course twice are entitled to have a new examiner appointed for the reexamination.

Students who have passed an examination may not retake it in order to improve their grades.
