Intended learning outcomes
The course aims that students acquiring skills and abilities in soft engineering subjects such as communication, teamwork, leadership.
After completing the course a student shall be able to:
- plan, prioritize, perform own work within the stipulated time
- reflect on their own skills and approaches
- reflect on what leads to effective team work and personal effort in interaction with other
- reflect on their education and their own learning
- communicate with others in roles as a colleague

Teaching and working methods
The course is based on lectures and active participation in dialogue seminars with preparatory tasks. In support of the preparatory work lectures will be given dealing with the course's areas.

Examination by data presented both orally and in writing. Examination by also actively participation in mandatory dialogue seminars addressing specific tasks. Absence managed with a written analysis and reflection of the texts discussed.
