Intended learning outcomes

After the course the student should be able to:

  • Apply models and theories of organization and leadership in various industrial projects
  • Explain consequences of different styles of project management for individuals, groups and results
  • Understand and explain how project teams develop and which factors affect their development

Course content

Project leadership. Project and organization. Project team development. Group norms and group roles in projects. Conflict management and resolution. Motivation and incentives.

Teaching and working methods

The course is comprised of lectures and seminars, as well as practical excercises.
The course runs over the entire autumn semester.
