Intended learning outcomes
The course aims to provide basic knowledge of the dramaturgical storytelling with moving images and sound understanding of the parameters that control the impact of our minds through these. The student must be able to adapt production to the platform that it will be shown. After completing this course the student:
- have knowledge of the basics of dramatic narration.
- have knowledge of sound dramaturgy in relation to moving images.
- able to communicate ideas and scripts with producer / photographer / editor.
- able to account for the entire production of promotional / information film from concept to master.
- have knowledge of communication and storytelling with moving images.
- able to apply practical camera (light and sound), and postproduction.
- have knowledge of different forms of distribution and compression for eg Web publishing.
Teaching and working methods
The course is organized in lectures, labs and project assignments. Attendance is mandatory for certain lectures and labs at the scheduled time and at joint demonstrations.
