Course content

The course introduces the management and political  organisation of urban and regional planning from a European perspective. The course deepens knowledge about how governance of urban and regional planning can be achieved through public administration. The course also highlights how laws, regulations and administrative practices can both enable and limit urban and regional planning. Furthermore, the course studies governance theories focusing on public administration and how it is characterized by political visions and traditions.
