Course content
The course is organised to facilitate the student's practical production and realisation work with the examining bachelor's thesis. This project runs throughout the academic year but is prepared and started in this course. The course covers practical design and realisation of public, tourist-related projects, their different organisational structures, project management and funding opportunities, practical implementation and marketing aspects. The course focuses on the student's individual project and how it relates to the modern development of the field of tourism and its span between, for example, cultural worlds and commercial worlds. Contacts with external cooperation partners and initial work with building contacts and anchoring the projects is an important part of the course.
Teaching and working methods
Teaching takes the form of production work, public presentation and seminars. The student is also expected to study independently, both individually and in groups.
Examination
The course is examined both orally and in written form and includes participation in the compulsory parts.
