Vetenskapsteoretisk specialisering, Antingen: a) De formella vetenskapernas grunder: von Wright, Georg Henrik: Logik, filosofi och språk (1957, ny upplaga Stockholm 1993). eller: b) Medvetandefilosofi: Heil, John: Philosophy of Mind – A Contemporary Introduction, London 2004 (Routledge) Dessutom gäller för båda dessa alternativ att extra litteratur tillkommer. Denna litteratur bestäms i samråd med handledaren för kursen.
